REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: 25 February 2026

This Refund Policy applies to services provided by Tjaart Andries Venter, trading as TVM Solutions.

General Policy

All payments are non-refundable except as expressly provided under the 90-Day Performance Guarantee described below.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

90-Day Performance Guarantee

We guarantee that your business will rank within the Top 3 positions on Google Maps for one agreed primary keyword within one agreed geographic service area within 90 calendar days from the Campaign Start Date.

If this ranking is not achieved within 90 calendar days, and all eligibility conditions have been satisfied, we will refund the management fees paid for the initial 90-day term.

Eligibility Conditions

The refund guarantee applies only if:

• The Client has complied with all Terms of Service
• Full payment was made for the initial 90-day term
• All requested access and information were provided
• No prohibited conduct occurred
• The Google Business Profile was not suspended
• No material changes were made to business name, address, phone number, or category

Failure to meet these conditions voids the guarantee.

What Is Included in the Refund

If eligible, the refund will include:

• Management fees paid for the initial 90-day campaign period

Refunds do not include:

• Advertising spend
• Third-party software costs
• External services
• Domain or hosting fees
• Any additional expenses outside management fees

Refund Request Procedure

Refund requests must:

• Be submitted in writing
• Be submitted within 7 calendar days after the 90-day period ends
• Include the Client’s business name and campaign details

Refund requests submitted after this period may not be honoured.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and returned using the original payment method where possible.

No Other Refunds

No refunds will be issued for:

• Early termination
• Change of business strategy
• Dissatisfaction unrelated to ranking position
• Temporary ranking fluctuations within the 90-day period
